One of my favorite coffee shops in the San Diego area, and every time I visit, I go south, I go to a Better Buzz Coffee. Service was excellent and with multiple smiles, coffee was solid and plenty of space to sit and get some work done!

The vibes were spectacular, i got an americano with my daughter and she got an iced horchata latte, both were so yummy. The barista who took our order was Matt and he absolutely made our morning! Thank you so so much, please try this place if you havent, its such a gem!

The woman with the red hair, Shiloh, is the nicest, sweetest worker ever. Youre not another customer, she has a genuine interaction with you; which is a blessing for me during these hard times. (2026 has NOT been kind to me). It also helps that the coffee here is GREAT. This place is what starbucks used to be before commercial/corporation took over. Nice, friendly, a place to chill, do work, and drink coffee. Coffee great, customer service even better!

I manage a law firm in the area and this Better Buzz has a five star customer service mentality! Literally made my day after a terrible spill. Shilo the manager could not have been more helpfull. The drinks were delicious. The staff and barista wonderful. We look forward to making regular visits to this coffee house with a vibe that good. If I could give more stars I would! Life is Better BUZZED at Mission Ave Better Buzz!

This was my first time at Better Buzz, and I was seriously impressed. The place has such a fun, lively vibe the moment you walk in—great music, a cool crowd, and an energy that just makes you want to hang out for a while. What really stood out, though, was the manager “Shilo I believe” Even as a new customer, I felt noticed and welcomed. They were super friendly, checking in with customers and making sure everything was running smoothly, all while keeping the staff upbeat and on point during a busy rush. It’s rare to see a manager so involved and genuinely passionate about the customer experience. You can tell the whole team works well together because of their leadership. Definitely made a great first impression, and I’ll for sure be back.

This review has been long over due. But here I am, because they are worth the time and raving review. Every time I come here, they have been great! Love their drinks, I have been confident about mixing up ingredients, which I'm usually very scared to do, but here they do an amazing job and I haven't ran into anything I don't like. Everyone here has been very kind, accommodating, and patient. I would like to shop out Matthew in particular, he has always been so cheery and willing to answer any questions I may have without making feel pressured or rushed to get to the next person. I think, and hope, he is like that with everyone, because I believe everyone deserves to run into a Matthew anywhere they go. I recommend this place highly.

Elizabeth took my order and she was amazing and sweet! It was my first time at Better Buzz Coffee and she was super helpful, explaining the drinks and food which made it way easier to decide. The matcha and food were both so good. I’ll definitely be back!

It’s freaking awesome here!! I love this specific Better Buzz location, the staff are lovely, even lovelier coffee and sweet treats, all for great prices. They play fantastic music, have so much natural light, the atmosphere is insanely clean. I have so much fun here and love hanging out. 12/10 recommend! ♡ (p.s. the croissant was heavenly)
